Q: When will my order arrive?

All of our orders are tracked for your peace of mind, after placing an order you will receive a tracking link in your inbox. Please provide your e-mail address during check-out to receive the link.

Q: I’m looking for a specific design — can you help me find it?


Yes, we’d love to help! We offer over 5,000+ designs, many of which are not listed online yet. If you have a reference photo, a particular style in mind, or a past piece you've seen, send it our way. We will check our catalogue and let you know if we can source something similar — or even the exact piece.

Out of Stock & Bulk Orders

Q: The item I want says “Out of Stock”, can I still order it?

Yes! If you see something you love out of stock, please reach out via our Contact Form, or email us at valoracollections@gmail.com with the product name and we will confirm availability and estimated delivery times (usually within 15 days). Your order helps us reduce overproduction. Thank you for supporting a mindful business!

Q: Can I place a large or bulk order, more than 1 of the same item?

Absolutely. While we keep limited pieces on hand to reduce waste, but we can often provide larger quantities. Bulk orders (2+ units of the same style) typically require 15 days for fulfilment timelines. Reach out to us with the product name, colour, and quantity, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return & Repairs Policy

At Valora, we take great care in delivering handcrafted, high-quality jewellery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn jewellery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings, noserings, necklaces (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Any worn pieces from the set

What We Do Offer:

  • Store credit if the item is damaged in transit (with photo proof).

  • Easy customer service support to email us within 24 hours of delivery if something is not right.

Damaged Items:

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged during transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

    We kindly ask that you:

  • Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Email us at valoracollections@gmail.com within 24 hours with:
  1. A clear description of the issue

  2. Photographs of the item and packaging

    Reports made after this window may not be eligible for store credit or resolution, as we need to report transit issues promptly to our delivery partners.

  • Items must be returned within 7 working days in unworn condition and original packaging. Please note, we are unable to offer any help on worn items and the item will be shipped back to the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please share the return tracking number with us in case of delivery delays so we can keep that in consideration.

  • If the item cannot be repaired, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and provided in the form of store credit.
