Shipping & Delivery

We want your order to reach you smoothly and on time, please note below:

Please make sure to provide the full and accurate delivery address, including any business name or special instructions if needed. It helps us (and the couriers!) get your order to the right place.

The person receiving the parcel may be asked to show a valid ID by the courier for security purposes.

Shipping, handling, and any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility, and this applies to both free and paid deliveries.

We aim to ship orders promptly, but customs delays in the destination country are unfortunately out of our hands.

If a delivery is refused, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from any refund processed, so we kindly ask that you accept your parcel or contact us beforehand if there’s an issue.

International deliveries can occasionally take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience!

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If an incorrect address is given, you would be responsible for any additional redirection costs.

Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
