At Valora, we take great care in delivering handcrafted, high-quality jewellery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Edit/Cancellation:
If you change your mind and need to modify/ cancel your order, please reach out to us at valoracollections@gmail.com with subject line "Cancel/Modify Order #XXXXX" and our wonderful support team will try to accommodate your request, however, once an order is placed we cannot guarantee modifications.
Damages:
Oh no! Although we try our best to deliver all orders in perfect condition, but in case accidents happen during transit, Please email valoracollections@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with the subject “Damaged Order #XXXXX,” including a photo and brief description of the issue.
Reports made after this period may not qualify for store credit or resolution, as we must promptly report transit issues to our delivery partners. Eligible refunds will be issued as store credit within 10 working days, valid toward the same or any other item. Please note: any worn items will be returned back to the customer.
